Talk about a dreamy boho beach wedding! Kayelea and Dakota got married on the beautiful white sand at Shell Beach in Orange Beach, Alabama. “Less is More” was the motto for their day, and I don’t think I could have loved it more! There’s something so beautiful about the simplicity of beach ceremonies and they hit the nail right on the head.
Kayelea opted to use earth tones in her decor, from bridal party attire to florals, and it made for a stunning pop of color out on the beach. Here’s a little sneak peek from their gorgeous beach wedding!
Wedding Photographer tip: Always make sure the officiant knows to move out of the shot for the first kiss! There is no “second first kiss”, so having them bow out is a good way to make sure the focus is on the bride and groom, and that there are no distractions in the frame.
Couples: My advice to you is to hold that kiss and count to 10 reallllllyyyy slow! Depending on the speed of the officiant and what’s going on around you, your photographer may need a chance to regroup and catch that shot. Plus, you’re newlyweds… no one is going to complain 🙂
